We collect the email address you submit to the early-access form and the timestamp. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Short-lived rate-limit keys (max 60 s) are retained for abuse prevention.

Lawful basis & retention

Consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) for marketing; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for rate-limit telemetry. Email retained up to 24 months from your last engagement, or until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data (GDPR Arts. 15–22), withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Processors & transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. is our sole processor (hosting, KV storage, edge delivery). Data may transit outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).
